The US Census Bureau released November's housing construction data, giving an updated look at the health of the real estate market.

Housing starts declined 1.8% month over month, reaching their lowest level since July. However, single-family housing starts showed resilience, rising 6.4% from the previous month. Building permits also demonstrated strength, climbing 6.1% month over month.
